Once the
closure
is completed,
the project can go many different directions. If there is
little or no contamination from the UST system, your site might
immediately receive a No Further Action status from
your state regulatory agency. Other situations where minimal
contamination has been discovered might require a step-by-step
process of further assessment. Still other situations where
massive levels of contamination are discovered might require
immediate actions.
Whatever
the situation, we will solve the problem as fast and as
economically as possible. Also, where state reimbursement
programs are available, we will detail for you,
step-by-step, the process necessary to have your site
admitted into the state program. And we will fight to make
sure your site is indeed admitted! Also, where insurance
policies are in place to cover the costs associated with
assessment, we have experience in working with the insurance
companies through assessment and on to
remediation
as well!
